Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the arrival day’s check-in time of 15:00 (3 PM) are eligible for a refund. All bookings made include a 15% nonrefundable confirmation fee. 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival day’s check-in time of 15:00 (3 PM) receive no refund. 

All guests should receive their confirmation mail shortly after booking. If you do not receive this, it is your responsibility to contact us at FinnDome in order to fix any errors that may have occurred. 

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, sickness, injury, damage, or accident due to or caused by circumstances out of our control. It is strongly recommended for all guests to purchase travel insurance or equivalent before coming to stay and adventure at the FinnDome camping site. All the dome tents are equipped with first aid kits.
